In 1992, Jeffrey L. Olyan saw a need. The successful entrepreneur saw that the U.S. and Canada needed a commercial real estate firm that was built on the following investment principles:
Acquire well located, anchored shopping centers with below market rental rates due
to some vacancies.
Manage each property in the most cost-efficient manner as to maximizes net rental income.
Capitalize on long term leases and retailers offering basic consumer necessities and
amenities in order to insulate portfolio investments during economic downturns.
Expand the company’s portfolio by purchasing additional properties that offer the future
growth in cash flow.
To fill this need in the market place, Retail Plazas, Inc. was born.
Today the company manages 14 properties across Texas plus its newest acquisition in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Retail Plazas, Inc. team has become one of the most dynamic and successful commercial real estate services firms when it comes to the acquisition, leasing and management of its properties. With offices in Dallas, Texas, and Toronto, Ontario, Retail Plazas, Inc. is well positioned for continued portfolio growth and return on its investments.
