H Mart to Open Second DFW Location at Parker Towne Centre in Plano, TX

(February, 2012)  H Mart to Add Second DFW Location at Parker Towne Centre in Plano, TX.

H Mart, a grocery store specializing in Asian foods, plans to open at Parker Towne Centre in the first quarter of 2013. In addition to large produce, meat and fish departments, the store will offer a food court and small storefronts inside the store for prducts such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Retail Plazas, Inc. Purchases Lakeside Village in Dallas

(September, 2011)  Retail Plazas, Inc. purchased Lakeside Village Shopping Center, strategically located at the southwest corner of N. Central Expressway and Walnut Hill, one of the busiest intersections in North Dallas. The two-story retail center was built in 1986 and is anchored by First Citizens Bank.
